After long days, the guys have appreciated being able to have meals delivered to their rooms, so they don’t have to go to the restaurant each night. They have been going out of their way to look after the guys. Please pass on our thanks – really appreciate their efforts!”

“… we were completely dissatisfied with the service from (another hotel) and we left there at 7pm to find alternate accommodation.

 Thankfully, Totara Lodge came to our rescue.  The Duty Manager that evening was sympathetic to our situation and not only were they able to accommodate us but given the time of evening, by the late time we arrived, they also held the kitchen open for us and arranged a full restaurant meal.

 From that first evening and through our subsequent stay all of the staff at Totara Lodge were 110% professional, supportive, warm and friendly to the point where overhearing our conversation regard the inviting smells from the kitchen we were presented with two freshly baked and beautiful tasting muffins.  The accommodation was great, with the rooms well presented and serviced.

 As a result of our treatment and where possible I will make it a point to book any future accommodation with Totara Lodge while in Wellington.”  – Shane
